Weekly Schedule:
Public Nights:
Approximately 2 hours before public viewing begins, make a judgment call on whether or not public viewing will be held. If the wind chill is above -15 F and the sky is more than 50% clear, public viewing is to be held. The TA office phone message is to be changed, telling the public whether or not viewing will be held.

Use the telescopes on the roof to show the public typical night sky objects. Set up one or two telescopes on the roof approximately 30-45 minutes before public viewing is to begin.  Make sure that when you are done, all the equipment is stored, any tracking drives or laser sights are turned off, and the room locked. Also, if you use the dome, make sure that the roof is closed and the telescope locked and covered.
