Education and Public Outreach
One of my primary activities is teaching a variety of classes at the University of Minnesota. For instance, in fall of 2008 I will be the faculty facilitator for a vareity of Freshman Seminars exploring topics from Mars exploration and the search for life in an astrobiological context, to "cosmic catastrophies" and the evolution of the biosphere we call Earth.
